Welcome to the

Best Wishes for Happy, Healthy Holidays from the Haifa English Theatre
Event: ZOOM with the Haifa English Theatre — Acting Training with Ella Fuksbranner – Tuesday 2 June and Wednesday 3 June at 8 pm.
Back by popular demand! This is a two-session encounter focused on interpretation. Registration is required by Tuesday 26 May. To register and for more information: email your name and phone number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The monologue provides one of the most important, exciting components of acting. As interpreters, it gives us space to develop the different colors of our character. The monologue allows us to tell meaningful stories within the story.
You will present the monologue of your choice and then receive Ella’s feedback; in a second Zoom session, you will again present the monologue, integrating the feedback you received. At the second session Ella will provide further feedback and will welcome chat comments and questions.
Since our first production in 1981, HET, a registered nonprofit, English language, community theatre group operated entirely by volunteers, has continued to present a variety of theatrical productions and theatre workshops.
Our most recent production, WELFAREWELL, by award-winning Canadian playwright Cat Delaney, was performed in November 2019. It was directed by Judy Sitton, and featured Bertha Cafrey, Adiel Cohney, Tova Giventer, Judy Koren, Clive Noble, Maurice Ross, Yoss Stybel, Dana Lynne Weil, Ruth Willner, and Betsy Lewis Yizraeli.
